We both bartend and have unusual hours, meaning we are up late at night. We are considerate of our guests but there is still potential for some noise. We love to cook, build things, & watch movies. This house was built in the 70s and as such may require care to be taken when opening and closing doors and windows. If washing dishes in the sink please remove any and all food particles prior to doing so. There is not a garbage disposal. Please keep food crumbs off of the floor and refrain from leaving any food remnants or trash on surfaces in order to help prevent ants, or other unwanted pests. Thank you!
