Close to St Jean d'Angély (20 min), Niort (30 min) and Surgères (25 min), La Rochelle is 45 min as is Rochefort. Hikes of different difficulties cross the commune. Main shops within walking distance. Relax around the pool or enjoy the freshness of the house thanks to its local stones, it's up to you! The space 1st accommodation: The 1930s house is composed of beautiful volumes, beautiful ceiling heights with very often parquet floors and fireplaces. - 1 fully equipped kitchen, high table that can accommodate 10 people, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, everything is ready to cook as at home (coffee machine, kettle, blender, ...) -1 central hallway on the ground floor, has a staircase for access to the upper floor, the front door and access to the living and dining rooms - living room with 4 sofas including 2 sofa beds, TV with satellite system and TNT, possibility to use your Netflix or Prime Video codes or to connect your console in HDMI. Muse speaker accessible via bluetooth or with mini jack auxiliary cable. - dining room with table and chairs for 8 people (10 possible), equipped with an additional seating area and a foosball table (Leader de René Pierre) - bathroom on the landing of the half floor (toilet, sink, bathtub and shower) - double bedroom opposite the bathroom - large upstairs bedroom with 1 double bed and a bench/bed, - master bedroom opposite with private bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) 2nd accommodation: The small cottage is completely separate, the front door opens into the kitchen, followed by the living room that can simply be transformed into a second bedroom. The living room has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed and a bench/bed (1 person). The French window gives direct access to the pool. From the kitchen, a staircase leads you to the upstairs bedroom, and its private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). The outdoors: A summer kitchen is equipped (oven, 5-burner stove, refrigerator), an outdoor sink, several barbecue places, a bread oven (functional) complete the set. Outdoor furniture to relax, to eat... is available, it is set up for classic use of different places. The pool is accessible through the small cottage or through a secure gate from the walled plot. Everything is done so that you only have to enjoy it! Guest access You will be autonomous in this space, only the barn and the cellar will not be accessible because they are not currently equipped. Other things to note From the street, you can access either an alley that runs along the entire rental or a first green space in front of the house. The well is at the edge of this green space, it is condemned but its appearance is preserved as well as its timbre (trough). The house described above continues with a barn and then a semi-shaded space, the summer kitchen. After this, a new green space separates it from the small cottage and the swimming pool. Private parking with several spaces (about 4) completes the property, it extends the path and adjoins the pool. There is no shortage of activities in the area; several historical places around, several hiking trails cross the village, the ocean within an hour, the towns of Rochefort, La Rochelle, or Saint Jean d'Angély have many attractions; Niort with its market among the most beautiful in France or one of the largest climbing halls in Europe.
