Enjoy a stay in our newly remodeled 1850's home nestled in the corner of Summit County overlooking 9 acres of field and white pines. This duplex is a single level home with a private entrance for our Airbnb guests. Conveniently located near I-271/I-480 and less than 5 miles from MGM Northfield Park. Restaurants, shopping, and Summit County Metroparks are just a short drive away. Enjoy a hike and gorgeous scenery in Ohio's own Cuyahoga Valley National Park within a 10 mile drive. The space As you walk in to our house, there is a foyer with large closet and full laundry. The full eat-in kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is tons of kitchen storage and we provide the dishes, cups, utensils, pots and pans to get you started in the kitchen. There is oil, salt, pepper, coffee, creamer and more (a few simple breakfast items to last a couple mornings of your stay). In the dining and living area we have a TV and cozy couch. Grab a book or board game to enjoy with your family. The full bathroom with stand-up shower, toilet and vanity includes bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. We provide a starter supply of dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, cleaning products and kitchen basics. The large bedroom with 2 double beds and a work space, includes all our linens, blankets and pillows. We provide a dresser, sitting area and lots of lighting options. The bedroom also includes a TV with Wifi throughout your space. Guest access The Airbnb is part of a duplex. We also have full-time renters on the other side of the house. We ask that you respect their privacy. There are no parties, gatherings or events of any kind allowed. You may see us around every day as we take care of the property. Other things to note ▪︎There is one designated guest parking space available right outside the door along the side of the driveway. ▪︎Please do not block the driveway, the barn or parking spots for our full-time renters. Please let us know if you are bringing an extra car, as parking is limited. ▪︎We do not allow charging of Electric Vehicles. ▪︎We do not allow any parties, gatherings or events of any kind. ▪︎Only the number of guests booked are allowed at our home without prior approval. Guests that violate this request will be asked to leave. ▪︎We do not allow third party bookings ▪︎We are located @20 miles/30-35 minutes from most major Hospitals in the area including Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, UH Cleveland Medical Center, UH Rainbow General, Akron General Hospital and Akron Children's Hospital
