Relax with a 55" Smart TV, high-speed 200mbps WIFI perfect for remote work. Stay cool with three (3) split-type air conditioners located in the living area and both upstairs bedrooms. Each cozy bedroom boasts hotel-quality mattresses, fresh linens, and convenient work tables for your comfort and productivity. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking, including essential condiments for your convenience. Meanwhile, you can relax in our bathroom and have yourself a warm shower. We offer shampoo, body wash, dental kits, and tissues for your convenience. Our garage is a little bit steep, but it can still accommodate sedans and SUVs, while larger vehicles can park safely in front of the house. Rest assured, it's a safe neighborhood! We are excited to have guests like you to share our space with. Other things to note 1. CHECK-IN AT 3:00 PM Early check-in as early as 1:00 pm is possible if there will be no guests checking out on the day you are checking in. 2. CHECK-OUT AT 12:00NN Late check-out is possible if there are no guests checking in on the day you are checking out. It comes with a fee of P300/hr after the checkout time which is 12:00 noon. 3. VISITORS We can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Only the declared number of pax are allowed to stay overnight. Limited outside visitors are permitted. Just kindly notify us if you plan to have guests. 4. PETS ARE ALLOWED We have a soft spot for pets! Small to medium-sized pets are welcome, provided they are trained and wear diapers indoors. There is an additional fee of P500 per pet, with a maximum of 3 pets allowed. 5. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE 6. HOUSE KEYS Upon arrival, guests are handed a set of keys for personal use. Guests are kindly requested to safeguard the keys throughout their stay. Any lost or damaged keys will incur a fine of P500. 7. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of 1000 pesos is required during check-in. The deposit can be paid in cash, through g-cash, or via bank transfer. It will be refunded to the guest upon check-out, provided that keys are returned to our staff and no items on the property are missing or damaged. 8. IT'S AN ASIAN THING Please help us keep things clean by removing your shoes when you come in. You'll find a shoe rack by the entrance - feel free to use the disposable guest slippers we've got for you! 9. CLEANING & AMENITIES Our house gets a thorough cleaning and disinfection before every check-in. Plus, fresh beddings, towels, and rugs are replaced for each reservation. For stays of one week or longer, additional cleaning services, including changing bed linens and towels, will be provided weekly or upon request. 10. FOOD DELIVERY For convenient food delivery, choose between FOOD PANDA or GRAB FOOD and simply enter the delivery address: B31, L41, Karen Enke Street, Phase 3, Deca Clark Residences, Barangay Margot, Angeles City. (Little Grey Home Angeles - Contemporary Den) 11. A SIMPLE REQUEST BEFORE YOU GO Help us keep our home tidy and well-maintained. Please clean up as you go and remember to switch off all air-conditioning units. We sincerely appreciate this. 12. ARF ARF We live near neighbors, so you may hear some dog sounds from time to time. 13. QUIET TIME Our home is in a residential area where quiet time starts at 10 pm. If you could help us out by keeping loud noises like music, games, or shouting to a minimum after that, we'd really appreciate it. Let's keep things chill with our awesome neighbors.
