Free if staying more than 5 days. • Parking fee P200 per night • Due to recent Netflix policy, it is no longer possible to share accounts, so we request our guests to log-in their own account. • For long-term monthly stays, electricity will be shouldered by the guest since consumption depends on your actual usage. However, Wi-Fi and water are provided free of charge. • Early check-in: ₱100/hour (before standard check-in time). This fee covers our staff’s extra effort to prepare your room ahead of schedule for your convenience. • Late check-out: ₱100/hour. This helps us adjust our cleaning and preparation schedules for the next guests. • No cooking inside the unit - we prefer to maintain cleanliness and hotel-like quality. However, there will be utensils for your convenience. We also encourage you to explore the many nearby restaurants or easily order through Grab or Foodpanda for a hassle-free stay. • Please keep everything clean and avoid staining any towels, bedsheets, etc. Negligent stains will result in a fine. • As a friendly reminder, please review the details before booking.
