Perfect for 3 to 6 guests [Ages 12 and older only] ready to enjoy relaxing on the lake or exploring nearby attractions. Attached to our home, your space includes private entrances, living and play areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, iron and board, and a small dedicated work desk. No pet's allowed. The space Serendipity Point is ideal for 3 to 6 people, (12 and older only). We have the dock to relax on, 3 kayaks, paddle board and several outdoor areas to sit and listen to nature. There is a spot at the dock for your boat and plenty of easy parking in our driveway. There are 2 fire pits and a gas grill as well as a table for outdoor dining on your 12 by 20 foot private deck. Guest access all indoor space is private for you and only the outside is shared with the owners. you also have a private 12 foot by 20 foot deck .
