The space The open and light-flooded living and dining area with a room height of 2.80 m and large window fronts immediately creates a vacation atmosphere. The comfortable sofa creates a feel-good atmosphere. Additional cozy sitting windows invite you to read, dream or look out into nature. For your multimedia entertainment, a large 65-inch TV is ready for cozy movie evenings. The high-quality fully equipped, open kitchen offers true cooking pleasure. With plenty of space for cooking and eating together. Self-catering is really fun here. Of course, there is direct access to the large south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas grill. Enjoy beautiful hours surrounded by nature. Perhaps with an extensive breakfast in the morning or a cozy get-together in the beautiful evening sun. The space on the first floor is rounded off by a utility room, a guest toilet and a large hallway with a wardrobe. Of course, a washing machine is available free of charge. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find three separate bedrooms with high-quality box spring beds – a true nest to recharge and draw strength. Built-in wardrobes for your clothes, insect screens and electric shutters help you find a blissful sleep. Timeless flair and functionality can be found in the two large bathrooms. A glazed rain shower offers the ultimate shower pleasure. Relaxing hours are pre-programmed in the adjacent sauna with ambient lighting. Here you can relax to your heart's content. On request we can provide a baby bed up to 3 years as well as a high chair. You can park your vehicle right by the house. There are 2 parking spaces available for you.
