When staying in Apartment One you will notice the odd sized original doors and doorways that are part of the almost 100 year old building... if you are tall you may need to watch you dont bump your head. Maxwell Rd is one of the main roads going through Blenheim, and our lovely Apartments are right on the street very close to the centre of town. With this great location and apartment living comes lights and noise... We have all new double glazing, sound proofing, concrete construction, new insulation and block out curtains in the bedroom, but to spite this, the sounds of this busy little rural town and neighbours may be heard. With the windows and doors closed, it can hardly be noticed, but if you like to sleep with your windows open, there can be street noise.
