Enjoy private access to the creek! The home is located along Stony Clove Creek & is minutes to Phoenicia, Hunter & Tannersville. The space Relax in our spacious hot tub, accommodating up to 6 people, and enjoy watching your favorite movie or the big game on the 55" outdoor TV. After a soothing soak, wrap yourself in our cozy robes and have fun playing jumbo Connect 4 or cornhole during the day! HOUSE: On the main floor walk into the newly remodeled kitchen which is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The spacious living room includes a 55” 4K Smart TV, electric fireplace, plenty of seating & board games for all ages! The kitchen includes 3 counter bar stools for seating and the sunroom features a dining room table with seating for 6, perfect for group meals or playing board games! On the lower level are 2 queen-sized bedrooms as well as a full bath with bathtub and laundry. Upstairs you’ll find the HUGE master suite with a king-sized bed & an en suite bathroom with 2 closets. The master bedroom has a desk & chair workspace and large balcony with seating for 4 that overlooks the creek & mountains. FIREPIT: The home sits on right along Stony Clove Creek. Enjoy private access to the creek and enjoy nature sitting at our creekside fire pit! Seating includes 4 adirondack chairs and 2 hanging egg chairs.
