The space This stunning property has a designer Kitchen, dining area and lounge with a log fire for cosy winter nights, and a separate lounge adjoining with smart TV. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with ensuite toilet and shower. There is another bedroom with a double bed and floor to ceiling windows in this pod - be sure you take in the breath-taking views. The second pod has another master bedroom, separate bathroom, separate toilet and a bunk room that sleeps six guests. There is another living area with a coffee machine, kitchen sink and bench, large fridge, small freezer, a table and chairs for games/cards or planning your next adventure. The electric louvered outdoor deck area with BBQ connects the two pods and a roof top deck that's perfect for afternoon cocktails, yoga, lying in the sun completes this gorgeous property. Guest access The property will be used just by you. The jetty and the lift to the property is shared with the neighbours so please respect the others. Please ensure you close both doors of the lift every time you get out of it as it will not work for other people if you leave the doors open. Jetty - you can tie up to the jetty but leave the front so that the ferries and water taxis can come in and out to make their deliveries and drop-offs. Other things to note Island living is a special treat, guests are expected to follow the rules Conserve water at all times ( rules to follow) The property is on septic tank (rules to follow) Everything brought onto the Island must be taken off, all rubbish must be taken back to the mainland. Wildlife is abundant and welcome. No dogs allowed.
