The space Brightly lit, located on the ground floor of the residence, the flat offers direct access to the garden overlooking the lake and the vineyards. Grandiose by its view, pleasant by its intimacy, the Studio Vineis delivers a real escape. Guest access The entrance is reached independently by stairs (15 steps). Access is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Parking space with charging station (type 2, 11 kWh) available.
