Ballspond Basecamp - N1 / E8 - one bedroom

My flat is located within easy walking distance of Angel, Highbury, Newington Green, Dalston and Shoreditch. This is my home where I live and often work from. It is two story maisonette with a well equipped kitchen, dedicated dining space, cosy sofa and tv area as well as smart, spacious bedroom for you to enjoy alongside the south-west facing garden. You should also know that I have a friendly cat, Persephone, who will in and around the flat during your stay. Guest access The flat is a two story maisonette with two bedrooms, one shower room and one toilet upstairs. Downstairs there is a hall way that leads into an open plan living space that three distinct areas: a kitchen (with a large island, perfect for hosting), a dining area that looks out into the garden and a cosy sofa/tv area. You will be staying in the master bedroom which has a king-sized bed and high quality mattress as well as lots of storage for your stay. If you will be working during your stay then it is probably best for you to work at the dining table in the living space. It's comfy, warm and bright but you should know that I will be using the space at the same time during the day so it may not be the perfect place for hardcore workers or confidential phone calls. If I am staying in the flat during your stay I will be in the second bedroom which doubles up as my office. There is only one toilet and one shower room in the flat. They are separate from each other and as such are both quite small spaces. The bathroom are clean and functional but not particularly 'new'. If you are keen to have a high spec, super new bathroom then maybe this is not the flat for you. The shower however is excellent - lots of hot water and high water pressure. During your stay My apartment is two bedroom, the second room is my office and spare bedroom which I do not currently rent out. When I rent my apartment I may or may not be in when you stay. Other things to note I have a cleaner who visits every Monday, she is someone I have known for 15 years and a good friend, she will likely visit during your stay. I also have a pet cat so the house is not suitable for those with allergies.
