This lakefront cottage is perfect for a couple getaway or family vacation. No matter your interests all is close by - the foodie scene in Geneva or enjoying the outdoors and waterfalls at Watkins Glen State Park. Located on the West side of the Seneca Lake on the Wine Trail offering tons of wineries and breweries to enjoy. This waterfront cottage has lots of natural light and windows to watch amazing sunrises and beautiful views of Lake Seneca. Hot tub for 2 to add to your relaxing stay. The space Enjoy the outdoor and private 50 ft. of lakefront, which has walk in water access. Outdoor living area includes a 3 level deck with outdoor eating and seating options and a 2 person hot tub! Also included, dock with sitting area, fire pit, 3 kayaks, 1 paddle board. Lots to do to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Time to clean up and head to the wineries no problem...jump in the outdoor shower to rinse off! Property also includes 2 gas grills. Due to varying deck levels, stairs and railings this home better serves children age 6 and above. Guest access In addition to the relaxing outside, you have access the entire cottage. Smart TV is available. Don’t forget to bring your favorite streaming log on information with you. DVD Player is available along with a family friendly selection of videos. Board games, puzzles and books available for raining days. Fully stocked bright, airy and cozy kitchen/ living area perfect for sitting with coffee and watching sunrise. Full size sofa bed in living room, plus on second floor queen bed along with full size futon. Comfortably sleeps 4. Could fit 5, but will be tight. Bathroom is for one person use only. Extremely tall individuals may need to duck head in some parts of the bathroom. AC for hot summer months is available which can be hard to find in lakefront cottages! Deck off of master bedroom with additional outdoor seating. All linens provided. We do not accept pets of any kind. There are approximately 20 steps from parking to the entrance of cottage. Then another 7 steps from entrance to the lake. Other things to note The parking area is at the top of the property. You will walk across train tracks to the 20 steps to the cottage. There are additional 7 steps from the cottage to the lakefront.
