Located 300 m from the sea, my 28 m2 studio can sleep up to 4 people in the heart of the Catalan resort. I do not charge a cleaning fee if you leave the accommodation tidy and clean after your departure, i.e. to return it in the same clean condition as when you arrived. Otherwise, 70e will be charged after verification upon checkout. The space The studio has a beautiful living room, including a single bed installed in a wardrobe to save space, a 2-seater convertible armchair and a driver (plus an umbrella bed) TV, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning and a coffee maker are the little extras to make you feel at home after a beautiful day in the sun or on a walk. The kitchen is equipped with glass-ceramic cooktops, a microwave, a Cookeo and a fridge. The bathroom is equipped with a Japanese bathtub also called a sabot bathtub. You have a washing machine and a drying rack to do your small loads in total autonomy. Note: Sheets and linens (towels, tea towels, etc.) are not provided, but duvets and pillows are of course at your disposal with disposable protective covers for the pillows. Guest access Located in a secure building in the middle of the city with elevator on the 2nd floor with a nice balcony. This street is a star street of Canet, it will allow you to eat, shop and have a drink with friends, located 100 m from the weekly market and 300 m from the beach. Other things to note The street near Place de la Méditerranée allows you to be in the heart of all amenities (grocery store, market, pharmacy, newsstand, restaurants, bar...). Paid underground parking is right next door, as well as parking spaces in all the surrounding streets. An offer with additional parking will be set up for the season by the town hall if you wish.
