Home in Dundee

Our Home on Hallock is situated on three acres with a beautiful view of the Keuka valley and conveniently located between Keuka and Seneca lakes. Our home offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as a well-appointed kitchen and a dining area with seating for eight people. The living room boasts sufficient, comfortable seating for all guests to enjoy streaming of shows and movies on the 40” smart TV. Guests can take in the scenery from the covered front porch, back deck or fire pit. The space Our Home on Hallock is a ranch-style home with a galley kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom as well as an electric fireplace and Roku TV. The Dahlia bedroom has a queen bed with a more contemporary style. The Harriet bedroom also has a queen bed with a more rustic style. A hall bathroom is available for guests staying in these bedrooms. The galley kitchen has a gas stove with integrated griddle. A Keurig and k-cups are available to guests. There is also a Take One Leave One wine rack to enjoy others’ favorites and to share your favorites. The dining area has two tables that seat four each. These tables can be pushed together for one large table that seats eight. The living room has a TV with fire stick, so guests can sign in to their favorite apps to stream music, movies and shows. The TV stand includes an electric fireplace for ambiance and to take the chill off on cold winter nights. Although our home does not have central air conditioning, we’ve added a portable A/C unit to each bedroom (available May through October). Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan. Guest access Guests enter through the front door. A unique code for the smart lock is provided prior to check-in. Guests have exclusive access to the main level including three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, covered front porch and back deck. Access to laundry and sleeping accommodations for two additional guests may be available upon request. Please note, the lower level is not available to our guests. Other things to note Although children are welcome at our home, please know our home is not child proofed. Parents intending to bring young children will need to be mindful of potential hazards.
