At the Pendle-tin, you’re close to everything while still enjoying a quiet, tucked-away setting on the west end of downtown Pendleton. Just 5–8 minutes from Clemson’s Death Valley and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Lake Hartwell is about 5 minutes away and the mountains are an easy day trip. Inside features a kitchen, full bath, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, queen bed, games and workspace. Outside offers seating for four and a propane fire pit. The space THE LIVING ROOM The living area features a comfortable loveseat for two, a live-edge dining/work space, Smart TV, and a selection of games for relaxing evenings indoors. THE BEDROOM The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, Smart TV, end tables, charging outlets, closet storage, and a full bathroom stocked with essential toiletries for your convenience. A full-size air mattress is also available and fits in the living area, allowing the space to accommodate up to four guests. Extra sheets and pillows can be provided — just let us know before or during your stay. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. (indoors or outdoors) Evidence of smoking or lingering odor will result in a $300 remediation fee and possible additional charges for blocked nights. This policy applies to cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, and all other smoking substances. OUTDOOR SPACE Guests have a private patio with seating for four, a propane fire pit, and a grill for outdoor cooking. Kayaks may be requested for rent in advance if available. The grill is stored in the large compartment beneath the gooseneck area. Guest access Guest have access to the Entire inside of RV and outside area of the RV including patio and gravel areas. Outside compartments are for host and upkeep use only. Please do not use anything found in compartments unless included in listed airbnb amenities for the property. (Items intended for plants, maintenance, upkeep any chemicals etc, and not subject to guest use.) We do provide kayaks; if you would like access to those please request to use them as they are shared with the other Airbnb and our personal use. Other things to note PROPERTY GUIDELINES & STAY AGREEMENT By confirming this reservation, the booking guest and all occupants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and property care requirements. ⸻ PRIMARY BOOKING GUEST The person making the reservation must be one of the individuals staying at the property. If reserving for another party, that person must be added to the reservation prior to check-in. No interior cameras. ⸻ SHORT STAYS (1–14 NIGHTS) Guests agree to: • Leave all dehumidifiers running • Report maintenance issues immediately • Allow scheduled waste tank service with notice ⸻ EXTENDED STAYS (15+ NIGHTS) • Routine property checks every two weeks (24-hour notice) • Mid-stay cleaning may be required if needed • Weekly waste tank service with notice • Dehumidifiers must remain operating • Report maintenance issues promptly ⸻ RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE Guests are responsible for damages resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow property instructions, including, but not limited to, damage to furnishings, appliances, flooring, plumbing, HVAC systems, linens, and excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover.
