Double room in private family home.

A modern family home. 1 bathroom which is shared and a downstairs toilet. We have a large living room and new kitchen. There’s a lovely new bathroom fitted May 24, with a walk in (digital controlled) shower. NO BATH The bedroom has a comfy double bed and lots of storage. We have a timid Cavapoo dog called Ollie. Ollie is non shedding and clean. He sleeps downstairs in his crate. We are a 7 minute drive to M1 j46. The bus stop into Leeds is a 3 minute walk. 15 min walk to Tesco Extra. Guest access Kitchen bathroom and living room. During your stay I’m usually around or contactable by phone. Other things to note Smoking is allowed outside in the back garden.
