It has sound-insulating walls and windows. While this helps to reduce noise quite a bit, it doesn't completely eliminate it. There is a construction project that started next door, so you might hear minimal noise on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We can provide earplugs if needed. The building is earthquake-proof. At times, you may experience the natural movement of this type of structure. Guest access We also have a communal terrace that is located on the top floor where you can see the entire city.
