This House consist of a classic downtown Buffalo Double/duplex, it stretching​ over three floors with internal access to each apartment. This is why you will have two kitchens, three living rooms, seven bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 4 balconies, 2 gass grills. The basement is primarily our use, and it's a separate side entrance. There is a studio in the basement that I on occasion use. The only shared space would be if you want access to the washer and dryer, upon request for longer stays. The space With large groups, you will have the ability to all be gathered under one roof, but also have your privacy with four different balconies, three living spaces, two kitchens, seven bedrooms and two separate dining areas. 2 and 1/2 bath. Guest access You have access to the whole house. However, in the basement, you only have access to the washer and dryer upon request. I kindly ask to stay away from other storage rooms in the basement. There is one room that is locked off in the attic, one closet on the second floor, and also a desk, that's all for a reason, so please be respectful of that. Other things to note There is plenty of free street parking around the house, it being a corner house with wide streets, however, on weekdays look at the signs for what side is legal to stand on. Weekends you can park any side of the road. When alternate parking is in effect, it will be valid from 9 AM to 4 PM.
