This House consist of a classic downtown Buffalo Double/duplex, it stretching over three floors with internal access to each apartment. This is why you will have two kitchens, three living rooms, seven bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 4 balconies, 2 gass grills. The basement is primarily our use, and it's a separate side entrance. There is a studio in the basement that I on occasion use. The only shared space would be if you want access to the washer and dryer, upon request for longer stays. With large groups, you will have the ability to all be gathered under one roof, but also have your privacy with four different balconies, three living spaces, two kitchens, seven bedrooms and two separate dining areas. 2 and 1/2 bath. You have access to the whole house. However, in the basement, you only have access to the washer and dryer upon request. I kindly ask to stay away from other storage rooms in the basement. There is one room that is locked off in the attic, one closet on the second floor, and also a desk, that's all for a reason, so please be respectful of that. I am an Airline Pilot and sometimes I home, and sometimes I am on trips. I am always available via phone and are fast to respond. My co-host, Vilma, lives close and I will contact her if I am not physically on site to accommodate your requests. This apartment is Centrally located downtown Buffalo. One mile from the downtown Center and Shea's theather, walking distance to Allentown, and just two miles from Canalside. Allentown and the Delaware District are two neighborhoods in Buffalo that are located adjacent to each other and north of downtown. These two areas are among the most desirable neighborhoods in the city today, and, much more than most other areas of Buffalo, were able to retain their charm, affluence, and safety throughout Buffalo's dark days from the 1960s to the turn of the millennium. Today, Allentown boasts a thriving cultural and artistic scene and a large selection of bars, restaurants, and funky shops, while the Delaware District is a quiet upscale residential area of stately homes, many of which are of great architectural distinction. Canalside has hundreds of events scheduled throughout the year; there’s something for everyone. Canalside has a ton of free activities; Canalside is the place to be whether you’re looking to unwind, have some fun in the sun or ice skate on the canals. Check out free concerts every Thursday in the summer. Bring your glove to Coca-Cola Field for a Buffalo Bisons minor league game, tailgate with the Bills Mafia at New Era Field, or catch some hockey at Buffalo RiverWorks. Enjoy philharmonic concerts at Kleinhans Music Hall which is located on my street, rock out to your favorite performers at KeyBank Center, or hit Canalside to experience Buffalo’s bustling entertainment district. Niagara Falls is just a short drive away and awes all ages. You can also visit the historic Buffalo Zoo for exotic and endangered wildlife and delight in interactive exhibits at the Buffalo Museum of Science. Roll the dice at Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino and take in interesting conventions, trade shows, and other events at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center. The house is very centrally located to all of these activties, only a five minute ride with Uber and Lyft if you do not have a car. There is plenty of free street parking around the house, it being a corner house with wide streets, however, on weekdays look at the signs for what side is legal to stand on. Weekends you can park any side of the road. When alternate parking is in effect, it will be valid from 9 AM to 4 PM.
