For that reason I require 24 hour access to all common areas of the house ie; The foyer, den, hallways, kitchen, utility facilities, back and front yards, and all closets to ensure proper security, maintenance, and guest services. I'm an on-site host who stays in my upstairs private apartment/pool house on the property. My visibility as your host will be minimized as much as possible.
