Walking distance to shops & restaurants. The space This one bedroom condo is large and creatively furnished to maximize space- it comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The king-sized bed is an absolute dream to sleep on. There is a queen-size and a twin-size pull-out sofa in the main room - plenty of room to move around in when the beds are out too! There is a large desk as a dedicated workspace. Huge flat screen TVs with streaming capabilities in main room and bedroom. The closets are decked out with multiple shelving, hanging areas and space to store luggage and shoes. The kitchen is galley style and has lots of extra cupboard space along with all the essentials to allow you to prepare your own meals. Clean and free of clutter, you will no doubt feel the urge to put your feet up and relax after a hard day on the mountain. While you do, you can veg out on the sunny deck, with views of the runs you may very well have just shredded. Guest access You will have access to a large front lobby with a dining table and comfy furnishings surrounding a cozy fireplace. Tables, chairs and loungers are furnished within the pool area. There is a large outdoor area with tables, chairs and loungers adjacent to the pool - this area provides ample space for kids to run and play. Additionally, there is a gym located on the 3rd floor complete with all the basics and a few extras. Other things to note A few of the full-time residents who live in the building own pets. Please do not let that confuse the fact that guest’s pets are not allowed - this includes leaving them in a car in the garage overnight. Guests are not allowed to have pets stay - in the condo, in a car….. a steep fine will be placed.
