Enjoy a relaxing stay in a modern, fully-furnished, self-contained annexe surrounded by the National Trust’s Killerton Estate in the East Devon countryside. A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. Exeter City is just 6 miles away and the rest of glorious Devon is within easy reach by car. Parking for 1 car if require a second space please contact prior to stay to arrange. The space Walk in to a small hallway with a utility room on the left with washing machine and sink. On the right is a fully tiled shower room with sink and toilet, with heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Straight ahead to the open plan lounge, diner, kitchen which includes Smart HD TV, with integrated DVD player, wood burner, wine cooler - essentials for cosy nights in! Go upstairs to bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, hanging space and balcony with views over neighbouring farm. Guest access The Retreat is a separate building available exclusively to the guests. Other things to note We have a friendly lovely dog that is in our house which is next to The Retreat and is contained in a fenced area of our garden and cannot access The Retreat, just want you to be aware if you hear the odd bark, he is just talking.
