The space Bedroom: spacious with queen size bed, study nook and walk in robe Ensuite: shower, basin and plenty of storage space Kitchen: all dishes, cutlery and cooking equipment provided, large fridge/freezer, 5 burner gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave Living / dining: lounge suite with four recliners, smart TV, day bed, dining table (seats six), large sliding doors to bring the 'outside in' Airconditioning: reverse cycle (heating and cooling) Deck: spacious with six seat dining and cool breezes Laundry: washing machine, laundry tub located outside on the deck (but under cover and protected from rain), covered washing line (under deck), indoor clothes rack provided Parking: in driveway or anywhere in the backyard (other than under the lovely trees) Backyard: firepit and creek with private jetty (right down the back), serene and beautiful at high tide but please use the mosquito repellant provided. Guest access Please drive all the way down the long driveway. This is a semi-detached property and your entrance is from the spacious back deck which is yours to enjoy. The lock box is located on this back deck near the kitchen window. Please review the check-in instructions for the lock box details. Park anywhere you like in the back section except under trees. Other things to note Please note: - Metal surfaces (such as cupboard door handles and shower drain) are affected by coastal salt air. But unless you dislike the 'rustic' look, it won't affect your enjoyment of the property - The shower screen is permanently marked. No matter what we do to clean it, the marks will not come off. However, we assure you it is cleaned thoroughly before your visit and the marks are only cosmetic. - We will require you to have AirBnB ID verification for security purposes - This is strictly a no party house - It's in a residential area, please respect the neighbours
