The space This condo has 3 bedrooms: 2 queen, 1 full sized beds with 2.5 bathrooms, all located on the second floor. We do NOT charge for extra guests, but you will need to bring your own air mattress... etc. This condo is equipped with WiFi, full kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. The downtown area is very limited in parking. There is ONE parking spot in this rental. We are strict with no pets & no smoking policy (as we advertise this property towards those allergies).
