We welcome you to the "L'abri du marin" studio-house, furnished tourist accommodation * of 25 m², in maritime colors: white, blue, mahogany. A quiet shelter dedicated to seafarers. The accommodation is simple, functional and warm. The studio is well located to reach the coast and the famous sites of this captivating region. Come and discover the Bigouden region, facing the sea but also beautiful on the land side. Or simply enjoy the garden of more than 100 m²... It's vacation time! The space The house is built on a plot of about 2000 m². Beyond the private gardens, there is a wooded area of more than 1000 m² that we want to be natural and lively. In your studio, you will find these BASIC PRODUCTS: - Beds made upon arrival. - A fresh bath mat for each new arrival. - Soap and shampoo/shower gel. - Towels offered for RENT: €3.00 per person (Shower: 1 bath towel + 2 hand towels; and for the kitchen: 1 dish towel) These few essentials will help you get your stay started. Salt and pepper. One garbage bag in each garbage can, A roll of toilet paper in the dispenser. Cleaning products (except laundry) are at your disposal. Please read the "Other Information to Note" section Guest access Parking is immediately to the left when entering the property. The accommodation is entire, single-storey (see map in the "photos" section) and you will be in your own cottage and garden Other things to note We do not allow pets. The studio is non-smoking. To respect the neighborhood, no parties or events. Quiet is requested 24 hours a day Recharging four-wheeled electric vehicles is not allowed. As there is no cleaning fee, we ask guests to leave the space clean when they check out. For guests who wish to benefit from the towel rental service, please prepare in advance the amount to be paid for the delivery of the linen.
