Hi there! We invite you to stay in our beautiful Lake Forest Park home. This extra large corner guestroom has 1 queen bed, an attached private half bath, tall closets, 2 large windows with garden views, high ceilings, and desk. There is a large shared Great Room with kitchenette, garden backyard, and shower. The house is surrounded by greenery and is conveniently located 15 min from Univ. of Washington and 20 min from the Space Needle. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery within 3 mins. The space If you are looking for housing in north Seattle, I have a couple large, private, furnished bedrooms in a super spacious beautiful home, set up perfectly for mid/long term guests. This beautiful extra large corner room has one queen bed, large wardrobe, and desk. 2 large windows looking into the garden and high ceilings make the room feel super spacious. The attached private half bath has a sink and toilet. The shared shower is modern with high ceilings and a changing area. The Great Room is a big, beautiful shared space with plenty of seating, a communal table, TV, and kitchenette. The kitchenette has the basics: microwave, refrigerator, tabletop electric stove, water kettle, coffee maker, and sink (no oven). The guest room is accessed through a separate guest entrance. We also have a big, beautiful terraced garden for you to enjoy and relax. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the beautiful backyard garden, patio, Great Room, and kitchenette. During your stay The house is well divided between the guest area and our area. My wife and I also live in the house, and will be available whenever needed. Other things to note This house is meant to serve as a relaxing, comfortable accommodation for those staying mid/long term in Seattle. This is a very, very large house. Other rooms are rented out to long term guests, but there is more than enough space to accommodate everyone with plenty of privacy and cleanliness. Previous and current guests include travel nurses, young professionals (Microsoft, Tesla, Boeing, SpaceX, etc), students, and interns. And since there are multiple guests and residents, we do ask that guests respect the quiet hours between 11:00PM and 7:00AM. My wife and I also live here, in a separate wing of the building, so if there is anything you need, I can certainly help you out. We are also here to make sure the house is clean, comfortable, and accommodating so that you can enjoy your relaxing stay here.
