MUST be pre-approved + Pet Deposit. The space This accommodation is very conveniently all on one level on the ground floor, with underfloor heating throughout. You can expect a comfortable stay in a quiet, non-smoking home with easy transport links to central London, parks and local amenities - tram, bus, tube & train are all within walking distance! Guest access Host lives on site, (upstairs, separate bathroom) but will be away during your stay. Passage at side of building and host's personal quarters upstairs are off limits and not part of the listing. Ensuite and family bathrooms are for the sole use of guests. Guests have access to kitchen, utility room, living room, dining area, hallway and back garden. Self check in via key from lock safe. Other things to note Linen & towels are not changed during stays. Extra towels /linen available on request if needed. Extra guests after the first 4, including children over the age of 2 years, to make a total of 5, allowed at a cost of £25 per extra guest per night. Sofa bed or sofa in the living room can be used for sleeping in these situations. Washing machine is available in the utility closet. Clothes should be hung on airer either in the garden or in the lounge. Dryer must only be used for short spans of time and only if absolutely needed. £100 non refundable Pet deposit (per Pet, 2 max) - Pre approval is a must (no instant book for guests with Pets). Please use CAUTION and go very slowly when pulling open the vertical wooden blinds in the living room. The blinds must be straight and not slanted during opening and closing. Also, if opening the glass patio door fully, the travel door section (with the lock) should be opened all the way back first (till clicks on the stop magnet at the top), prior to sliding the rest of the door (double panel) back.
