The space This private and quiet studio cottage boast a tranquil garden setting with a natural lighted inside area. A water tower is the main outside attraction. High end decor from the queen bed to the kitchenette. A cozy sitting area and eating area are included in this cottage. This unit does not have cooking abilities, yet does have a microwave, toaster and coffee pot. The outdoor table and chairs allows for downtime or quiet time in a garden setting or summer/fall outdoor dining Guest access You will park in front of the cottage and enter through the private gate. Door codes will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You have full access of the upper sitting area and entire cottage. NO pool access - The homeowners live full time in the main house and are available for check-in, for questions, recommendations, etc There is a Tesla charger by arrangement: other EV’s will need an adapter to Tesla plug. Other things to note No ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 is allowed to rent No extra visitors without prior approval No parties in the cottage or surrounding area.
