Comfy flat, with ski locker at the slopes

Fully equipped and quiet 3.5 rooms flat on the 2nd floor, only 5 minutes walk from parking/bus station and village center. With a bus stop at the foot of the building in Winter, you will hit the slopes easily. 1 ski locker for 4 pairs & shoes is available next to the slopes. You will stay in a large living room with open kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and furnished balconies to enjoy time outside. Tourist tax on top - adults/children - CHF: 4.50/2.25 (Winter) 7.00/3.50 (Summer) The space Our 3.5 rooms flat is on the 2nd floor of a small building of 5 flats located in Lomattenstrasse, only 5 minutes walk from the parking and the bus station. In Winter a bus stop at the foot of the building and served by 4 lines of free shuttle buses, allows you to reach the slopes easily. Besides, a ski locker for 4 pairs of ski and shoes is available for you to use close to the ski-lifts, which you can reach with a 10-15 minutes walk or with the shuttle. When returning to your flat you will enter into a large living & dining room with an open kitchen and all furnitures and material you need to feel like at home. Kettle, toaster, microwave and traditional oven, as well as a a large fridge with an integrated small freezer and a dishwasher are at your disposal. And so is also a Nespresso coffee machine with 10 capsules included for a start. We also provide basic spices and condiments as well as oil and vinegar. For a traditional mountain time, a fondue pot and a raclette device are at your disposal directly in the flat, as well as a table grill for inside or outside use. While it may be too cold to dine outside in the winter, you may nevertheless enjoy a drink or a tea on one of the balconies surrounding the flat, cocooned in a warm blanket. You can spend a cosy evening in the living room watching a film on the TV (Chromecast), chat after dinner or enjoy books or games that we make available to you. Wi-fi is also provided for free. The flat provides 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second with single beds. Each room has a closet. There is one more shower room in the corridor incl. toilet as well. This flat is therefore well suited for a 4-person stay (a 5th person can fit in a 3rd single bed available in the 2nd room, if you like dorm ambiance :-)). Bed linen and towels are also included in the rent. A washing and a drying machine are at disposal to all guests of the building on the ground floor against a small fee (1 CHF for washing / 2 CHF for drying). Guest access Detailed description on how to reach our flat will be provided before arrival. The building is on the main street and thus does not require to hike to reach it. It is also easy to roll suitecases on the road. Other things to note Saas Fee is the main village in the Saas Valley. It is situated on a high mountain plateau at 1,800 meters (5,900 feet), surrounded by a total of 13 peaks above 4,000 meters, which is the highest concentration in the Alps, giving the village the nickname the Pearl of the Alps. The ski resort and village with a well-preserved Swiss wood architecture is car-free. Access by bus or by car with a parking at the entrance of the village. Saas-Fee require that hosts register their guests in order to cash the tourist tax. This cost is not included in the price indicated as it depends on the number and age of the guests: adults/children - CHF: 4.50/2.25 (Winter) 7.00/3.50 (Summer) Anick & Noemie We are two friends who fell in love of Saas-Fee and its atmosphere years ago. Wanting to be able to come more often, we searched for a place for ourselves and finally found this cosy mountain flat, which we partly use for ourselves when we needto get away from today’s hectic world, and partly offer for rent so that other people can also enjoy this experience. We have been coming to Saas for many years and thus will try to provide you with as many tips as we could think of to make your stay as simple and comfortable as possible.
