Cozy Little Mountain Condo

Relax on the mountain in our little condo. A cozy space to enjoy fresh mountain air. Enjoy easy access for ski in/out, hiking, mountain biking, leaf peeping…something to love here during every season! Bedroom with a queen bed. Pull out couch is best suited for children or one adult—two large adults may find it a tight fit. Located approximately half-way between Burlington and Stowe, about 30 minute drive to either/or. Or check out Waterbury (our favorite) about 15 minutes away! The space Ground floor end unit. Provided 1 parking space, though additional vehicles could park on the large ski resort parking lot, which is just right across the road from condo lot. A few stairs to get onto small front deck and front entrance. Walk into living room- with couch that converts into pull out bed. You can fit 4 guests, but 2 will have to be on the pull out bed and it is really not ideal for 2 adults (especially larger adults), but is practical for 2 children. Large television with smart tv apps for accessing your favorites! Small dining table with 2 chairs for eating, you can make it larger or smaller. Bar counter with 2 stools. Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots/pans, electric kettle, etc. Kitchen essentials (dishes, utensils, basic cook ware). Coffee maker with small amount of coffee beans (use in coffee grinder) along with small amount of sugar, creamer cups for your stay :) If you require use of a washer/dryer, there is a shared laundry room just around the corner from the unit. The machines take quarters to run. I will keep a small amount of detergent under the kitchen sink in case you need to use while visiting, just be sure to return under the sink. **Linens for pull out bed are in basket in corner of living room. It will be made with clean fitted sheet. ***Please be aware that this condo space is dog friendly per the listing details. That being said, we clean and disinfect thoroughly between reservations. But if you are severely allergic, please reconsider your stay. Guest access The condo will be 100% your private space during your stay. Other things to note The indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, pickleball court and other amenities at the Sports Center (Ralph’s Rec Center) are part of the Bolton Valley resort, which we are not affiliated with. But you can pay a small fee to use the amenities there. Check the Bolton Valley resort website for specific information related to those amenities. Please note that the condo is located at the top of a mountain access road. The road is about 4 miles long. In the wintertime, depending on the snow fall and temperatures, it can be quite difficult to maneuver between ice/snow and road conditions (pot holes, etc). We highly recommend having a 4WD vehicle and snow tires during the winter season. The resort has multiple dining options as well as a few retail stores and a mountain market.
