The space Eden House offers the following spaces: 1. 4 large bedrooms (containing a total of 5 double beds), 2. 2 large living rooms (suitable for large family gatherings), 3. A large hosting dinning room (suitable for hosting groups of people), 4. A large well equipped kitchen (suitable for catering for large groups), 5. A large reception room with separate entrance equipped with kitchen utilities, lounge/dinner convertible. 6. 1 ensuite bathroom, 2 common bathrooms, 1 walk in shower room with disabled access. Guest access Guests have access to the following: 1. A well manicured front and back gardens 2. Car parking on the extensive and neatly paved driveway 3. Extensive balconies on the first floor with excellent scenic views of the neighbourhood, 4. Walkabout in the gardens and the orchard. Other things to note The property is powered by clean solar energy and offers naturally filtered water from a private 60 meters deep borehole. The accommodation package comes with Starlink Wifi as standard service. Eden Garden House is part of the neighbourhood watch committee which monitors the area during the night to promote the security of residents.
