Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This 2 bedroom home sleeps 6 comfortable. Full kitchen and living space to dine and relax. Each bedroom has a Queen bed we have 1 Queen Air Mattress in the closet with linens and blankets. There is enough space for a total of 6 guests in this property. The space This historic home has been fully restored into a quiet peaceful space for guests to enjoy . It is a 2 bedroom that will sleep 6 comfortably. The glassed in patio is perfect for yoga or meditation . Guest access Guest have full access to main house , backyard , and hot tub. Disclosure - The hot tub is an added bonus . We are not charging additional to use the hot tub so if for any reason there becomes an issue that it is not usable there will be NO refund or credit . Other things to note IMPORTANT: This is our primary residence part of the year. There is NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind anywhere on the property or inside the house. By booking this property, you agree that if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping upon your departure you, agree to pay a $1,000 fine. Thankfully we have never had anyone break this rule, but if it is broken we will pursue for the $1,000 damages. Also - there may be workers on the property from time to time as we are renovating the detached garage apartment. This is a completely separate building from the house you are renting. In most cases we can let u know well ahead of your stay if anyone will be working there during your stay. In all cases we will give you advance notice if anyone will be on-site. Parking - please do not park on grass !!! Only park on driveway in front of shed. I have detailed instructions and photos for booked guests on the check in manual if you need a visual.
