We hope you enjoy these places as much as we enjoyed preparing them for you. For lovers of old stones and history, in the heart of the historic center of our small fortified village of Brigueuil. Completely renovated detached house, exposed beams and stones. Charmingly decorated and equipped with care and quality. Private fenced garden with outbuildings. Stunning countryside views. At the foot of our beautiful fortified church. The space Furnished 3-star tourist house. The accommodation includes a first bedroom with a 140 bed, a private bathroom with shower and sink. A master suite with a 160 bed, a semi-open bathroom with bathtub and sink, a powder room. Garden access from the bedroom if needed. A living room with a 2-person convertible corner sofa. A kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, grill/microwave oven, dishwasher, induction stove, range hood, sink, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster... A beautiful fenced garden overlooking the valley. Picnic table, outbuilding to store your bikes, for example, old washhouse converted into a fish pond. 5 minutes from Saint Junien (train station), 20 minutes from Confolens, Oradour-sur-Glane, 30 minutes from Limoges (train station, airport). Numerous walking or mountain biking trails from the village. Guest access Garden and house fully accessible. Not shared. Other things to note We have chosen not to put a TV, one of our goals being to make this small haven of peace conducive to disconnection (Wi-Fi is available for those who could not do without, -). Miscellaneous guidelines: - to respect the neighborhood, even if the stone walls are thick, please be quiet in the evening after 10pm and before 8am, - no smoking inside the accommodation, - even if we love them, we do not welcome animals, - no cleaning fee but please leave the house as clean as you found it on arrival. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit provided and to be used before your departure.
