The space This private bedroom is fully furnished with comfortable queen size bed, classic mattress, a nice size office desk & chair, closet & more. **This listing is ONLY for the bedroom. Any other common areas in the house like bathroom, kitchen, laundry room & living etc are shared w/other guests. Our house and rooms are always professionally cleaned and restocked after each guest to ensure a great stay. Guest access The common areas are including a living room, a kitchen, a dining area and a laundry room. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with almost everything for your simple meal & breakfast or any light meals (no heavy fry stove-top cooking please) Please make use to keep these common areas clean after you use it. The front door has keyless entry so don't worry about late check-ins. Your personalized key code will be used for entry at any time during your stay. There is free parking in the front and side of the house but only one parking spot available for each booking. If you have an additional car then it’s your responsibility to find a parking space off of the street. *Due to insurance purposes, the fireplace in the home is not available for guests to use.
