ESSENTIAL AMENITIES PROVIDED At Havana Heights we do our best to provide every guest essential amenities throughout your stay, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pods, plus bonus complimentary items like coffee, sunscreen and bug repellent. SLEEP COMFORT AND TOWELS All mattresses are brand new GoldiLux mattresses with cooling technology. All mattresses and pillows are hypoallergenic and protected. Cooling bamboo sheets are fitted to every bed and a cozy comforter layer that is washed between each and every guest is provided for extra warmth if needed. There are a variety of pillows to choose from ensuring you get the best sleep possible while on vacation. Each bedroom also has a remote controlled ceiling fan for extra air circulation. Cleanliness is of the upmost importance to us. All bedrooms come with enough bath, hand and wash towels to accommodate the number of guests. Additional makeup removing washcloths and hand towels are in the bathrooms. Please do not use the white towels for makeup removal as most makeup stains. Towels are replaced every 7 days, or upon request. PULL OUT COUCH If you require access to the pull out couch please notify us in advance so we can make sure the bed is made up prior to your arrival. Due to the size of the pull out couch we recommend no more than 1 adult or 2 children use it as a sleeping arrangement. FREE PARKING The driveway is available for guests and is large enough for 2 vehicles. SERVICE ANIMALS We understand what it means to travel with your service animal. Please contact us if you will be traveling with yours so we can make your service animal most comfortable. We use top of the line house filters to ensure that dog hair and dander is filtered out for more sensitive guests, and spend extra time vacuuming because we understand what it's like to have Service Animals at no extra charge. Guests have access to the entire property except the shed - where we store supplies and tools for the property, it remains locked.
