The host has moved nearby to a much larger space. While the apartment is new, the dedication to being great hosts remains paramount* The space Enter the building through a remarkable, stunning, and well-kept lobby and take an elevator up to our oasis in the city. Enter the apartment and be welcomed into a spacious living and dining great room, with a large, exceedingly comfortable couch and kitchen Island, perfect for morning coffees, relaxing afternoons, and chill dinners. Moving through the apartment, there is a bright loft style space and bathrooom filled with soap, towels, hair dryer and bath products for your use. The bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to be a calming space to rest, with soft textures and a luxury, Queen-sized mattress. For guest, the host converted the living and bedroom into a den/office/Peloton+ studio. It's a place to work, work out or just watch TV. And if you're working, there are Herman Miller office chairs to make sure you're doing it comfortably and in style. The windows get beautiful afternoon light and there's a full view of Brooklyn, Queens and Mid-town Manhattan Skyline featuring the Empire State Building in close sight. The host is the founder of a local Non-Profit organization that works with Underserved NYC kids. The host believes in the importance of community, and appreciates Airbnb guests.
