Modern Loft in Crescent Hill

Large private bedroom with attached half bath in historic Crescent Hill near downtown. Guests also have access to the shower downstairs which is shared with me. The guest room has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. If guests would like to spend time outdoors there's a large front porch that is covered that is for guest use. This is a room in my residence but you will have the second floor all to yourself. The space This home is in historic Crescent Hill which is a 10 minute ride from downtown in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. This home is my residence and you would be sharing the home with just me. You would have the upstairs space all to yourself. Guests will enter through the front door, go all the way to the back of the house. You will see a staircase off the kitchen that leads to your upstairs private space. Guest access You will have the upstairs to yourself. The space is 300 ft including a large bedroom w/ a king size bed and a rollaway cot, kitchenette(small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig), sitting area and 1/2 bath. The full bathroom is on the first floor and guests are welcome to use the shower. There is a covered front porch for guest use. During your stay The upstairs Loft space is private and quiet and I will not intrude on your privacy. I am in and out during the day but I am home most evenings. Other things to note Guests will not need a key to enter. Guests will be given a unique four digit access code to a keypad for entry which will be the last four digits of the phone number you list here on Airbnb.
