The space This property has: 🌞A bedroom of about 9 m2 with a double bed of 140, a walk-in closet, and a fan 🌞A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet 🌞 A living room including a sofa, a lift-up coffee table and a TV 🌞 A fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, 2 coffee makers (a Tassimo, and an electric filter coffee maker), dishes, microwave, fridge, mini freezer, induction cooktop, etc. 🌞A terrace of about 8-10 m2 with a primary view of the harbor and the sea in the background 🌞A secure and free numbered parking space, but many spaces are constantly available in the parking lot (free) at the back of the residence ❗️Remember to bring your own bedding, bath towels, shower mats, toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish towels, beach towel! (not provided) We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be applied if it is not done by you when you leave the accommodation. Please leave the property clean upon check out, we do not charge a cleaning fee, so please make sure to leave the property clean.
