Bus 56 or 510 runs to the city center from Österlyckan station, which is close to the house. Pizzeria, Ica and Lidl are nearby. If you want to take a walk to Kviberg and Serneke Arena, it only takes 10 minutes. Allum is a shopping center located in Partille. You can relax on the balcony and enjoy both morning and evening sun. The house has everything you need. Free parking included. The space The townhouse has two floors. The lower level has a kitchen, toilet, living room, entrance hall, and a patio with lounge furniture. In the front there is a terrace with dining group and barbecue outdoors. The upper floor has three bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed 180x200, one bedroom has bed 140x200 as well as TV and the third bed is 90x180. 2 may sleep in the living room/bedrooms on air mattress which are comfortable. The house is close to Kviberg where many games in the Gothia cup are played and Partille where the Partille cup is held. At Kviberg there is also cross-country skiing, climbing gym and beach volleyball court. There is also a lake and Fjällboäng with lovely nature nearby. Right next to the house there is a courtyard with a playground for the children. Near the house there is a bus stop where the bus into the central station runs in 15 minutes without change.
