The entire apartment (lounge area with sofa, TV, and dining table, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom) is for your use only. There is no kitchen, but there is a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. We have sound insulation between apartments of the multi-family home to ensure noise does not disturb others. It's pretty good but not perfect. There are some shared spaces in the home: - Basement / Laundry Room - Side stairs - Backyard - Firepit - BBQ grill Parking: - Free street parking is available.
