This 860 sf. cottage has all you need for a comfortable, private stay while visiting St. Augustine. Victoria Place sits on a 13-acre equestrian property, Enchanted Horse Acres, a magical place for nature lovers. Beautiful and quiet country setting only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of historic St. Augustine and the white sands of Crescent Beach. This is an ideal location between Orlando and Jacksonville with easy access to the freeway, only 45 minutes to Daytona Beach. The space Best suited for a maximum of 3 adults with children, our lovely cottage includes a double bed and a twin size daybed with a twin trundle. An additional small children bed is also available upon request. For larger parties or groups of more than 4 adults, please check out our other vacation rental: listing #31804171 Large bathroom with double sinks and a large shower, washer/dryer, large kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, hot plates, convection countertop oven, microwave, electric skillet, and a crock pot. A BBQ is also available. After a day visiting St. Augustine and the surrounding areas, relax on one of the two patio areas or dip in the pool. Please note there are three vacation rentals on property and the pool is shared between all property guests. Pool towels and toys are provided. We are fortunate to be adjacent to the River-to-Sea bike loop, part of Florida's 300-mile rails to trails cycling loop. Feel free to borrow a bike and ride the six-mile paved path though the beauty of "Old Florida" or just walk. Be sure to say "Hello" to our friendly pets: Chip, the cutest Shetland pony, Ali, our beautiful quarter horse, and our many barn cats, who roam freely throughout the property. Guest access Please note there are three vacation rentals on property and the pool is shared between all property guests. Other things to note Total price includes 6.5% tax. No additional tax fee will be collected at check-in. An additional folding child bed is available upon request, depending on availability. From the coral reefs of the Keys to the cypress swamps of the Panhandle, Florida's diverse habitats are home to an incredible amount of wildlife. Otters, opossums, manatees, fox squirrels, raccoons, white-tailed deer, key deer and armadillos are among the more commonly seen mammals. Please note that some Florida creatures such as snakes may, under certain circumstances, be harmful to people and pets.
