The apartment has a large balcony, living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, equipped kitchen and service area. The condominium offers total security, with excellent space for children and the whole family, a playground, game room, grass field, sand court and two barbecue grills with bathrooms and outdoor showers and a fishing pier. The space Simple and cozy apartment, on the sand and quiet. Perfect place for those who want to relax with the breeze of the lagoon and the sound of coconut leaves and ripples hitting the rocks. Guest access The space is entire and the guest will have private access to all areas of the apartment. Access to the condominium areas is common to all. Other things to note The apartment has a garage with an exclusive parking space, and the condominium has another parking space for a car in the visitors' area. It has no air conditioning, but it has a ceiling and floor fan. I don't provide bed or bath linens. The apartment has a double bed in one of the bedrooms, a bunk bed and a sofa in the second bedroom that can serve as a bed, plus a sofa in the living room. In the bunk room there is room for two mats on the floor (or double inflatable mattress). Kitchen equipped with utensils such as dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery. Also equipped with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. The condominium is very quiet, so I ask for moderation with noise at night.
