You will have access to the entire basement with your own entrance with street parking. Cameras to monitor the parking/ property area. TV & Wi-fi are available for the guest to use(Netflix is included). The couch is available in the living room if you would like to accommodate an extra guest. White noise machine provided to cancel out any noise from upstairs. Space includes living room, full bathroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. The entire place goes through a deep clean before & after each guest. The space The space is clean and cozy. Upon your arrival when facing the sliding glass door the key lockbox will be on your left. You will enter the code and retrieve the key to unlock the sliding glass door. When you enter the property you will be in the kitchenette as you proceed forward you will enter the living room with two couches, the tv, and a heater (just in case it's chilly). The kitchenette has dishes, cookware, a refrigerator, microwave, a Keurig, coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. There are three remotes in the living room one for the tv, cable, and heater. If you turn around you see the door to the full bathroom; travel soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste/toothbrush will be in the basket dresser located in the bathroom. As you walk further back you will come to the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, dresser/mirror, and a nightstand. The spare bedroom has two remotes to include the TV and Roku remotes. Extra towels and sheets will be stored in the double door drawer in the dresser.
