Guests have their own Private room with desk & ceiling fan. MAX 2 guests this includes INFANTS, shared bathroom, full use of kitchen lounge,dining area and balcony over looking the pool. Large Smart TV in lounge room. Guest access Guests have access to Tennis Court, 3 BBQ areas and 2 pools for use during their stay. During your stay I can be avail for any questions from guests via text, email, phone or in person and would love to socialise if suits everyone or give guests their space to enjoy their stay. Other things to note Security FOB key provided. ($120 cost to replace if loose Fob) House tips; Press button at back of front door to lock when heading out. Keep toilet door closed at all times. No clothes or towels to be hung over balcony (body corp rule ) clothes line provided to use and dryer. Bedroom door to stay closed whilst out of apartment Thank you
