"Little Brick House" in the Heart of Rio Grande,OH

Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC. The space Guests are welcome to enjoy all spaces of the house. There is parking located both behind and along the side of the house and comfortably allows for 4 vehicles. There is a Smart TVs located in the living room where you are able to stream your favorite shows. There is also a dining room which can accommodate up to 6 guests at the table. We keep the basement and the small garage locked for storage purposes. Other things to note You must be 25 or older to rent this house. Home is owned and rented through McAllister PropertiesLLC. Also please note that the house was built in 1947 and has original hardwood floors that may show age and wear in certain places. This does not reflect the cleanliness of the home just simply the age and wear of the original woodwork.
