The space Spacious 2nd floor apartment in a private house (NOT FULL HOUSE). Myself/family utilize the lower ground floor, occupied by 2 adults. Apartment 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms with total of 5 beds (includes bunk bed), bright spacious open floor includes living room/dining room/kitchen. There is a front porch/6 steps that gets you to the apartment, you would have your own private entrance during your stay, you will receive an code for the digital keypad prior to your stay along with much more check-in details. Once you enter home there are 4 steps up that gets you to the main floor or 4 steps down that would take you to laundry room/boiler room. - Lakeview LIRR station approx 12-15 min walk / 3 min drive - Lynbrook LIRR train station approx 12-15 drive (has much more trains accessible to get you to NYC) - Beautiful state park (Hempstead State Park) 5 min drive / 20-25 min walk - Large CVS Pharmacy + McDonalds + Carvel Ice Cream 2-5 min walk Other things to note **** Not full house, upper/main floor only *****
