The residence is located in a pine forest with a heated pool from April to the end of September, a basketball/soccer court, a bike park, and a recently secured children's playground, as well as all shops, the CREPS sports center, restaurants, the Boulouris-sur-Mer SNCF train station, and La Péguière beach within walking distance. The space The apartment includes a beautiful southeast-facing balcony with table and 4 chairs for pleasant moments outdoors, a separate bedroom with double bed (bed made on arrival), large window with wooden shutters. In the living room, the large sofa turns into two single beds, the TV, the updated little guide to outings, some books and comics are at your disposal. A Nespresso coffee machine awaits you in the kitchenette as well as all the utensils to prepare your favorite dishes (hot air fryer, microwave/grill, stove, toaster, kettle). In the shower room you will find everything you need: towels, bath mat, hairdryer, first aid kit, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. Laundromat within the residence: €7 for the 6 kg washing machine, laundry included.
