It's on a large property in a secure and quiet location down a panhandle amidst our olive grove . The house faces northwest looking onto the boule court. The living room and kitchen open to a large patio and splash pool. A wood burner keeps the house warm in winter. Ceiling fans cool the warm summer nights. Five minutes walk from restaurants and shops in the village. The space There are four bedroom. Two upstairs with one bedroom en-suite with full bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are upstairs. Both bedrooms have lovely views and bedroom 1 had a French doors with safety bars with magnificent views. Lovely to leave these doors open when the weather is good. Downstairs there are another two bedrooms with one bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. This bedroom opens onto the patio. This is bedroom 4 and the other bedroom is no 3. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house apart from the garage. There is a wall mounted drying clothes line at the back of the house.
