Welcome! I'm also a traveler like you, while I'm traveling, I put my space up for rent. You will stay in an old building, in the Historic Center of Curitiba, around it has absolutely everything you need: buses, pharmacy, bakery, shopping, bars, restaurants, cinema and theater (I love the theatrical scene of this city!). *** There are tour bus stops nearby, but I recommend taking it from the starting point, which is on Rua 24 horas, because of the departure times. The space I leave in your hands my "little house," which is super functional and practical. Perfect for those seeking independence and long-term stays. It has Wi-Fi, a drinking water filter, a washing machine (free), a ceiling fan, a refrigerator, a kitchen equipped for light meals (please do not do heavy frying on the premises), a workbench, a full-length mirror, a super comfortable double bed with an orthopedic mattress and plants. The window faces the back, which gives a quieter atmosphere. The sun comes in through it early in the morning. As a courtesy, I offer my bike for free. Curitiba has a beautiful bike lane that runs from the Civic Center to São Lourenço Park, through which it is possible to visit the Oscar Niemeyer Museum. Guest access The building has no elevator and you will need to climb stairs to the second floor. The studio apartment (kitnet) is all yours, so please take care of it with love! The co-hosts are your neighbors, so for whatever need you have, they'll be ready to help. For your safety, we have smart locks, double gates and cameras in the condominium. Other things to note Well, you know the condominium rules, right? So, since we're in a building, please don't have parties, don't play loud music before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m. The maximum number of people the place can accommodate is 2 people.
