Country view annex

Forget your worries in this calm space. Our annex is detached from the main house and you have the run of the whole place. Set on 1/2 acre of land in the sweet countryside of Tendring Village with lovely farmland views. There is parking on a large drive. Please enjoy our spacious green garden where our chickens roam free. There's lots of walk’s nearby, including beaches just 15-20 mins drive. There is 1 large bedroom with double bed, with 3 small folding beds available on request. The space The annex is spacious with a dedicated living room, kitchen, fully fitted shower room all on the ground floor. Upstairs is a large bedroom space with windows at either end overlooking the gardens and fields. You may catch a glimpse of the Alpacas and Peacocks at the barns down the road too! Guest access You will have the run of the whole annex to yourself. You will have full access to our gorgeous green and spacious garden too, which has low level fences taking full advantage of the farmers field that lay beyond. The garden space may also be used by us too....feel free to have a chat if you see us! Other things to note The Tendring district is a popular holiday destination, with a number of holiday parks nearby. Why not enjoy a much more private and spacious retreat in prettier surroundings for a similar cost! Whilst the property has Wi-Fi, the signal is not great here in the countryside. As such, it probably isn’t suitable for working or other important tasks. Tendring has a lot to offer from beautiful country walks, beach walks, lovely country pubs with proper cooked meals, a water park in St. Osyth for summertime fun and much more! Pets are allowed for a small £20 fee, however they must be FULLY housetrained and well mannered, we have a small dog of our own, as well as chickens roaming free. Your pet MUST not be a risk to any of our animals or local wildlife.
